Privacy
Corridor Terminal (“we”) is based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. This notice explains what personal data we collect and why, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email and company when you create an account. We don't use passwords: we email you a one-time code, or you sign in with Google.
- Saved work: the quotes and landed-cost runs you choose to save.
- Saved records and shipments: the company, buyer, bank account and product details you save, and the shipments you prepare documents for. These can include IEC, GSTIN, PAN and bank account numbers. Lists show only the last 4 digits of a bank account number.
- Demo requests: the details you enter in the demo form, used only to arrange the demo.
- Technical data: basic logs such as IP address and browser type, kept for security.
The free tools and the terminal work without an account. Seller details you type into a quote stay in your browser unless you save the quote.
How we use it
To run your account, save your work, reply to you and keep the service secure. We do not sell personal data and we do not show buyer or seller contact data from customs records.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare hosts the website and stores account data and saved work.
- Resend sends the sign-in code emails.
- Google stores demo requests in a Google Sheet, and handles sign-in if you choose “Continue with Google”.
We use one sign-in cookie to keep you signed in, and your browser's local storage to remember tool settings. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can see, change and delete your saved work, records and shipments in your account and the terminal. To correct your details or delete your account, write to us and we will do it within 30 days. Grievance officer: Dainik Bheda, dainik@corridorterminal.com.
